On Tuesday, June 30, 2026, AFCAR Center continued its work of taking field measurements and collecting data for research experiment samples carried out under the center’s research program for wheat and faba bean crops, within the Mechanized Technologies Department and the Genetic and Field Resources Department.

  These activities within the research plan aimed at monitoring crop growth stages and evaluating the field performance of samples and genetic structures by conducting morphological and productive measurements according to approved scientific standards, thereby contributing to the provision of accurate data that support agricultural studies and research.

  The AFCAR Center continues to implement its research and field programs aimed at developing and evaluating varieties and agricultural technologies suitable for local environmental conditions, in order to achieve the best outcomes for farmers and the agricultural sector, and to fulfill the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), including: Goal 2 (Zero Hunger), Goal 9 (Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure), Goal 12 (Responsible Consumption and Production), and Goal 13 (Climate Action).
