It was implemented with funding from the government of the Kingdom of the Netherlands and under the supervision of Nuffic. The Dutch Wageningen University implemented the smart classroom (Knowledge Transfer Unit) in cooperation with the University of Mosul / College of Agriculture and Forestry.
