Evaluation of university performance for the academic year 2020/2021 / workshop
On Wednesday morning, 12/15/2021, the persistent Education Unit held a workshop named (Assessment of university performance for the academic year 2020/2021), and the controls for evaluating files and the performance evaluation file guide were discussed, as well as a review of the electronic system’s work mechanism and the mechanism for entering data for associates and scientific activities.The workshop aimed to introduce the process of performance management and evaluation to the affiliates (teachers and employees), to achieve the institutional goals of the department and motivate the affiliates to improve their performance, develop their skills and enhance them, and distinguish between high-performing affiliates and others with low performance.
The workshop was concluded by emphasizing a number of things, the most important of which was the emphasis on completing the work accurately and adhering to the timelines.
