Department of Archaeology discussed the master’s thesis entitled (Archaeological and architectural remains in the city of Mosul during the eighth and ninth centuries of migration) by the researcher Muntasir Sarmad MahmoudThe thesis dealt with mentioning many archaeological and architectural remnants whose traces are still visible in most of the shops of the old city of Mosul and its neighborhoods, which were represented in its mosques, schools, and shrines, which date back to the eras of the Mongol control, Ilkhani, Galari, Timurid, Qara Quinlu, Al-Aqq Quinlu, Minlu and Iban.The discussion committee was chaired by Assistant Professor Dr. Vian Mowaffaq Rashid. And the membership of Assistant Professor Dr. Rajwan Faisal Ghazi and Assistant Professor Dr. Haitham Qassem Muhammad and under the supervision of Assistant Professor Dr. Akram Muhammad Yahya.
