Professor Dr. Mu’ayyad Muhammad Sulaiman, a professor in the Department of Ancient Iraqi Languages ​​/ College of Archaeology, University of Mosul, participated as head of the committee to the viva of the master’s thesis in the College of Archaeology, University of Al-Qadisiyah, entitled (Rimush and Manchushu, a study of their civilizational achievements) for the student Zahraa Karim Ahmed from the Department of Archaeology: College of Archaeology / University of Al-Qadisiyah, under the supervision of Professor Dr. Walid Saadi Al-Mayali on Thursday, February 13, 2025. The thesis dealt with the study of two kings of the Akkadian state, namely King Rimush and Manchushu.
The study was based on Arab and foreign sources and on the study of cuneiform texts.
The study of these two kings was considered one of the important topics that no one had addressed.
The study was also based on the study of artistic models from the Iraqi Museum.
The study reached a number of conclusions:
1- The Akkadian era was characterized by its great contribution to highlighting the civilization of Mesopotamia and extending their influence beyond the borders of their country.
2- Kings Rimush and Manchushu are considered among the most important kings and rulers of the Akkadian dynasty due to their great achievements on all levels, including political and military.

3- The Akkadian Empire faced great challenges during this stage, including the interventions of some neighboring countries, and the revolutions and conferences that took place in the cities affiliated with and subject to the control of the Akkadians inside and outside the country.

3- Akkadian art and architecture were characterized by the skill of the Akkadian artist and architect, who left a prominent impact on the civilization of Mesopotamia
