A workshop at the College of Archeology entitled (Mechanism for updating and developing curricula)
On Sunday, June 11, 2023, the Continuing Education Unit at the College of Archaeology/ University of Mosul held a workshop entitled (Mechanism for Curricula Update and Development) in the hall of Dr. Behnam Abu Al-Soph, delivered by Assistant Professor Dr. Yasmine Abdel Karim Muhammad Ali/ Dean of the College of Archaeology and Chairman of the Committee of Experts for the Colleges of Archaeology in Iraqi universities/ and emuriates professor Dr. Nawala Ahmed Al-Mutawali/ rapporteur of the committee.
The workshop which was established in light of the meeting of the expert committee to update and develop curricula for colleges of archaeology in Iraqi universities on Wednesday, July 6, 2022, to discuss what has been updated in archaeology curricula. Part of the workshop was attended by a number of college professors, employees, and students, and those interested in this topic. The workshop included the importance of following up on the topic of applying the modernization and development of curricula and curriculum vocabulary in the departments of colleges of archaeology in order to advance the archaeological educational reality and the future of graduates of colleges of archaeology and departments of archaeology.
