It is with immense pleasure that I extend a warm welcome to you all at this distinguished academic institution, the College of Arts. This college stands as the cultural and human heart of the University, serving as a beacon of intellectual and scholarly enlightenment in our venerable city of Mosul. The Deanship of the College of Arts expresses its profound pride and appreciation for the pivotal role the College plays in both academic and intellectual spheres. Our college has historically been, and continues to be, a fount of knowledge and a primary catalyst for cultural and intellectual advancement within our University and community.

Our mission extends beyond the confines of lecture halls and research laboratories to encompass dedicated community service, manifested through:
