The students of the English Department have initiated their international dialogues within the framework of the WinC Global Dialogue Program affiliated with Penn State University, USA, for the fifth consecutive year. The program aims to promote cultural collaboration between our college students and international universities, in addition to enhancing their linguistic and communication skills.
