A Lecture to Raise Awareness on “Dangers of Drugs and Their Adverse Impact on Individuals and Society”
As part of the collaboration between the University of Mosul and the local community, and in accordance with directives from the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research aimed at reducing drug-related harm, Assistant Prof. Dr. Basima Faris Mohammad and Assistant Prof. Dr. Aiman Abdul-wahab Musa from the Department of Sociology conducted an informative lecture on the risks of drugs and their significant impact on individuals and society on Monday, December 9, 2024. The lecture was presented at Al-Furatin Private Secondary School for Boys and Dar-Al-Ma’rifa Private Secondary School for Girls.
