A research paper extracted from a doctoral thesis has been published in a global journal within the Scopus-Q2 index.

The extracted paper, titled Multimodal Efficacy of Health Warnings on UK Cigarette Packages: A Cognitive-Semiotic Analysis, was published in the Journal of Ecohumanism, which is indexed in Scopus-Q2 and is published by Creative Publishing House in London, UK.

The research is an excerpt from the doctoral thesis of the student Shatha Hazem Saadallah, who works under the supervision of Assistant Professor Dr. Huda Al-Halawaji, a faculty member in the Department of English and a member of the Scientific Research Quality Committee at the College of Arts.

It is worth mentioning that both the student and supervisor have received acceptance for another paper to be published in a prestigious journal indexed in Scopus-Q1.
