Panel Discussion at College of Arts Examines the Open Conflict in Southern Lebanon

As part of the regularly organized scholarly activities of the College of Arts, the “Scientific Manuscripts Studies and Heritage Preservation” Unit held a panel discussion titled: “The Ongoing Conflict in Southern Lebanon: Analysis of Zionist Aggressions and the Transformation of Lebanese Resistance into a Regional Actor.”
Dr. Wa’ad Shaher Mahmoud led the discussion, attended by several faculty members of the college. The discussion addressed Zionist aggressions against Lebanon and the accompanying Lebanese, regional, and international contexts. The panel discussion included a presentation enhanced with images and maps, alongside an open forum in which the attendees actively participated. Emphasis was placed on the necessity of addressing the region’s issues from an analytical academic perspective.
