College of Arts

The College of Arts Council convened its eighteenth open session, running from May 8 to May 21, 2025. The meeting was presided over by the Dean of the College, Professor Dr. Hatem Fahad Al-Tai, and attended by all council members, the representative of the Academics’ Syndicate, and the college’s student representative.

During the session, numerous topics related to the educational process and academic plans were discussed. These included preparations for upcoming conferences and seminars focusing on automation, artificial intelligence, sustainable development, and combating smoking, narcotics, and corruption. The council also emphasized and encouraged publication in internationally indexed journals and directed college staff to prioritize green spaces. Various other agenda items were addressed, and necessary recommendations were made for their implementation.
