College of Arts Faculty Recognized Among Top Iraqi Researchers in Foreign Language Education
According to the 2025 scientific h-index classifications, Professor Dr. Hala Khalid Najm, Head of the Translation Department, and Assistant Professor Dr. Marwan Najib Tawfiq from the College of Arts have been selected among the top nine highly cited researchers in Iraq in the field of foreign language education for 2025.
These classifications offer a comprehensive evaluation of scientific performance by combining overall values with the latest h-index values over a six-year period. The h-index balances both quantity and quality, highlighting sustained academic excellence. The rankings are continuously updated to reflect the most recent scientific activities across various countries, institutions, and within 211 academic disciplines.
