In an endeavor to bolster staff competency and elevate professional performance, the Financial Affairs Division at the College of Arts organized a workshop titled “Developing Administrative and Financial Skills.” Overseen and presented by Mr. Hikmat Mustafa Mohammed, Director of Financial Affairs, the workshop aimed to equip division employees with advanced skills integrating both administrative and financial aspects. This initiative is designed to enhance performance efficiency and facilitate the achievement of institutional objectives. The workshop aligns with the Financial Affairs Division’s commitment to human capacity development and fostering a continuous learning environment, thereby improving performance quality and keeping pace with advancements in the administrative and financial domains.
