Academic Convenings in History and Arabic Language Departments Address Graduate and Undergraduate Student Matters
In adherence to the recommendations set forth by the esteemed Council of the College of Arts, the Scientific Committee within the Department of History, augmented by the presence of the Head of Department and members of the Departmental Council, convened a periodic meeting. During this session, a range of academic and administrative issues pertinent to both graduate and undergraduate students were meticulously deliberated. A significant emphasis was placed on avenues for curriculum enhancement, elevating the caliber of scientific supervision, and fostering an improved standard of academic performance.
Concurrently, the Scientific Committee of the Department of Arabic Language held its own meeting to oversee the academic affairs of its students. Discussions centered on mechanisms for streamlining administrative procedures, optimizing the research environment, and critically evaluating a selection of proposed master’s thesis topics to ascertain their academic viability.
These concerted meetings underscore the commitment of the academic departments to bolstering educational quality and furnishing students with superlative academic services, thereby aligning with the overarching objectives and prospective aspirations of the College.
