Assistant Dean of the College of Arts Meets with Department Rapporteurs to Follow up on the SIS System
Assistant Dean of the College of Arts for Scientific Affairs, Professor Dr. Ammar Abdul Latif, held a meeting with the rapporteurs of the academic departments and administrative staff to discuss the workflow of the Student Information System (SIS).
The meeting focused on evaluating the performance level of the system’s use and addressing the challenges departments face in data entry. The Assistant Dean stressed the importance of promptly completing the upload of student files and updating their data. He also instructed the departments to accurately and regularly add students to their study programs, classes, and subjects to ensure a smooth administrative and educational process at the beginning of the academic year.
The meeting highlights the college deanship’s commitment to improving academic and administrative performance and promoting the use of electronic systems in managing student affairs.
