College of Arts

Under the patronage of the Dean of the College of Arts, Professor Dr. Hatem Fahd Hano Al-Tai, the Human Resources Division of the college held a workshop today, Monday, September 22, 2025. The workshop, titled “Mechanism for Granting Salary Increases and Promotions to College Staff,” took place in Ibn Al-Atheer Hall.

The workshop lectures were delivered by:

• Mr. Mayser Saleh Ahmed – Head of the Human Resources Division.
• Assistant Lecturer Maha Ammar Yousef – Head of the Faculty and Staff Unit.
• Mr. Kadi Abdul Aziz Jassim – Head of Salary Increases and Promotions for Faculty Members.
• Ms. Dhikra Fathi Ahmed – Head of Salary Increases and Promotions for Administrative Staff.

The importance of this workshop lies in its contribution to clarifying the instructions and administrative procedures related to salary increases and promotions. It also aims to enhance transparency and accuracy in processing transactions, thereby guaranteeing the rights of the staff and ensuring the smooth flow of administrative work within the college
