Workshop on Educational Quality at the Department of Philosophy
The Department of Philosophy organized a comprehensive workshop titled “Educational Quality and its Improvement Tools” from September 18 to 21, 2025. The workshop saw participation from members of various committees within the College of Arts.
The curriculum addressed core themes related to quality assurance standards, academic leadership, examination procedures, university media, and academic and psychological counseling. It also incorporated concepts of sustainable development into university education.
The workshop’s primary objectives were to enhance the participants’ professional competence, foster a culture of quality, and refine mechanisms for planning, leadership, and decision-making. Additionally, it aimed to ensure the transparency of examinations, activate university media and student guidance, and formulate recommendations to improve academic and administrative performance. This initiative represents a significant step toward institutionalizing quality and elevating the department’s operational standards.
