College of Arts Organizes Training Course on Combating Administrative Corruption and Enhancing Institutional Integrity

Under the patronage and supervision of the Dean of the College of Arts, Professor Dr. Hatem Fahd Hano Al-Tai, the College of Arts organized a two-day training course (October 14–15, 2025) titled “Combating Administrative Corruption: Towards Institutions of Greater Integrity and Transparency.”

The course modules were delivered by the Professor of International Law at the College of Law, Professor Dr. Khalaf Ramadan Al-Jubouri. He addressed the concept of administrative corruption, differentiating it from financial corruption, and discussed its causes and methods of mitigation through legislation and regulations, alongside mechanisms for enhancing institutional awareness of the risks of corruption in all its forms.

The course was organized in coordination with the College’s Integrity Commission Liaison Member, Assistant Legal Consultant Du’aa Baseem Arif. The session saw remarkable interaction from the participants, who commended the high level of preparation, organization, and the presenter’s academic approach.
