Sociology Department Organizes Workshop on Youth Investment: Securing the Present and Sustaining the Future
The Department of Sociology at the College of Arts is organizing a scholarly workshop on Wednesday and Thursday, October 22–23, 2025, titled “Investing in the Youth Sector: Guaranteeing the Present and Sustaining the Future.” The event will be held in the College’s Al-Salam Hall.
Lectures for the workshop will be delivered by Professor Dr. Firas Abbas Fadhel, Professor Dr. Harith Hazim Ayoub, and Assistant Professor Dr. Shallal Hameed Sulaiman.
The workshop aims to highlight the pivotal role of youth as a fundamental pillar in achieving sustainable development and building a more prosperous future for society.
