College of Arts

The Registration Division at the College of Arts, in collaboration with the Systems Center at the University Presidency, organized an academic workshop entitled “Mechanism for Student Progression in the Ministerial System (SIS) for the Academic Year 2024–2025.”

The workshop was attended by the Dean of the College, Professor Dr. Hatem Fahd Hano Al-Tai, the Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs, Heads of Departments, and members of the Examination Committees.

Lectures for the workshop were delivered by Dr. Shahm Falih and Dr. Muwafaq Abdullah from the Registration Division, and Mr. Ahmad Hani from the Systems Center, who is the official responsible for the SIS (Student Information System). The session addressed the mechanism for transferring and updating student data in accordance with ministerial directives, aiming to ensure the accuracy of academic and administrative procedures.
