History Department Seminar: Promoting a Culture of Integrity and Transparency
The Department of History at the College of Arts held an educational seminar titled “Developing a Culture of Integrity and Transparency: Historical Experiences” on Thursday, October 30, 2025. The event saw the participation of numerous faculty members and students.
The seminar’s themes were presented by Dr. Mahmoud Salih, Dr. Ammar Manhal, and Dr. Luqman Saeed. Through their contributions, the speakers explored pioneering historical models that successfully established the values of integrity and transparency within governing institutions and society. They further highlighted the crucial role of historical awareness in cultivating social behaviour founded on responsibility and trustworthiness.
