College of Arts

On Monday, November 18, 2025, the College of Arts at the University of Mosul signed a joint cooperation mechanism with the Social Welfare Department in Nineveh, an initiative designed to enhance academic and community work through the exchange of expertise, the hosting of specialized seminars, workshops, and joint training courses, as well as the organization of mutual visits and faculty/staff hosting between the two parties. This step, signed by Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs Professor Dr. Ammar Abdul Latif for the College and Mr. Mohammed Kamal, Director of the Department in Nineveh, aligns with the University’s strategy to expand partnerships with governmental institutions, thereby contributing to community service and the development of the scientific and administrative capabilities of both signatories.
