College of Arts

Under the patronage of the Dean of the College of Arts, Professor Dr. Hatem Fahd Hano, the College’s Human Rights Unit and Voluntary Activities Unit, in collaboration with the Human Rights Division in the Presidency of the University of Mosul and the Department of Studies and Planning/Sustainable Development Unit, organized a campaign to distribute awareness brochures addressing employee rights, coinciding with International Human Rights Day.

This activity was conducted to foster a culture of rights within the university environment, clarify employee responsibilities, and ensure a fair and equitable workplace. The initiative also contributes to supporting several Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), including: Goal 5 (Gender Equality), Goal 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth), Goal 10 (Reduced Inequalities), Goal 11 (Sustainable Cities and Communities), and Goal 16 (Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions).
