The Dean of the College of Arts, Professor Dr. Hatim Fahad Hannu Al-Taie, chaired two pivotal organizational meetings on December 23, 2025, aimed at streamlining administrative workflows and enhancing academic operations within the college.

Streamlining Human Resources

The first meeting was held with the Human Resources Division and the HR Committees. During the session, the Dean clarified the specific mechanisms for uploading and updating the data of faculty members and staff. This initiative aims to:

• Align departmental records with modern administrative requirements.

• Ensure high levels of accuracy and organization in personnel data management.

Advancing Student Information Systems (SIS)

In a concurrent session, the Dean met with members of the SIS Committees (Student Information System). The discussions focused on:

• Coordinating committee efforts and unifying standardized procedures.

• Prioritizing student interests by improving the digital infrastructure of the educational process.

• Elevating the overall quality of academic services provided by the college.
