The Faculty of Arts successfully concluded its Chess Championship, featuring broad participation from faculty members, administrative staff, and students of both genders. The tournament was held in a distinguished competitive atmosphere that reflected a spirit of positive engagement within the college community.

The championship results saw Assistant Professor Dr. Hassan Farhan, Head of the Turkish Language Department, and Mr. Ahmed Imad Abed emerge as winners. They were joined by Ibrahim Sami, a student from the Translation Department, and Safia Ahmed, a student from the Arabic Language Department.

At the conclusion of the event, the Dean of the Faculty of Arts, Professor Dr. Hatem Fahd Hano Al-Tai, honored the winners, praising their exceptional performance.
