Capturing Compassion: College of Arts Holds Photo Contest for “Bridge of Mercy” Initiative
In the presence of the Dean of the College of Arts, Professor Dr. Hatem Fahd Hano Al-Taie, the Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs, Professor Dr. Ammar Zain Al-Abidin, and the Head of the Media Department, Professor Dr. Jassim Mohammed Al-Jubouri, the Media Department organized a photography competition on Wednesday, December 31, 2025.
The contest was held to select the best documentary photograph captured during the “Bridge of Mercy” initiative, which was launched by the University of Mosul last week.
Objectives of the Competition
The event was designed to achieve several key goals:
