College of Arts Organizes Awareness Workshop on Retirement Age and Pension Rights
On Thursday, January 15, 2026, the College of Arts, through its Human Resources Division, organized a specialized workshop titled “Retirement Age and Pension Rights for Faculty and Staff.” This initiative reflects the college’s commitment to enhancing the professional and legal awareness of its personnel.
The workshop aimed to familiarize faculty and staff with the legal retirement age and its various cases and exceptions. Additionally, it clarified key pension rights and benefits in accordance with current laws and regulations, empowering employees to understand their professional entitlements and make informed decisions regarding their retirement.
