As part of the College of Arts Deanship’s commitment to monitoring workflow and addressing the needs of administrative divisions and units, the Dean, Professor Dr. Hatem Fahd Al-Tai, conducted an inspection visit to the Postgraduate Studies Division this morning, June 18, 2025. This visit occurred after the conclusion of the electronic application period for the new academic year. During his visit, he reviewed the progress of work and the process for auditing applicant files, emphasizing the importance of adhering to academic standards and transparency in admission procedures.

The Dean also examined the division’s workflow during his tour, listening to a detailed explanation from the staff about the procedures for student registration, data updates, and methods for archiving and preserving documents. Discussions also covered the challenges faced by employees in their daily tasks and ways to overcome obstacles to improve the quality of services provided to postgraduate students.

Dr. Hatem Fahd commended the efforts of the division’s staff, affirming his continuous support for providing a suitable work environment that contributes to improved performance and expedited transaction processing. He also stressed the importance of accuracy and speed in meeting the needs of postgraduate students.

At the conclusion of the visit, the Dean expressed his gratitude and appreciation to the staff of the Postgraduate Studies Division, confirming that the Deanship will continue to conduct periodic field visits to monitor workflow and achieve the college’s academic and administrative objectives.
