Under the auspices of the President of the University of Mosul, Prof. Dr. Obay Sa'eed Al- Dewachi ,The first round witnessed the president of the university speech delivered by Prof. Dr. Nazar Majeed Qabi . Then the dean of the college Prof.Dr. Ali Kamaludin Alfahadi delivered a speech followed by another speech delivered by the head of the department of English Asst. Prof. Suleiman Yousif Abed .
