Taking care of providing advanced programs in the various disciplines of the College of Humanities according to scientific standards with the aim of qualifying qualified graduates who contribute to the development of society scientifically, cognitively, economically and socially, adhering to spiritual, ethical and professional values, supporting human rights and communicating through the French language, preserving heritage and optimal employment of technology as possible and striving towards producing research that contributes In developing the French language and providing technical advice to raise the level and efficiency of the performance of the community institutions, especially the educational ones in the field of the French language.

1. Attracting scientifically and educationally qualified cadres in the disciplines of French language and literature in accordance with quality specifications and standards.

2. Continuous development of the curricula at the level of primary and postgraduate studies in accordance with the developments and developments of knowledge, methodology and contemporary technology.
