Department of Scholarships and Cultural Relations

The Department of Scholarships and Cultural Relations at University of Mosul held a consultative workshop in which the assistant of deans of colleges for scientific affairs and officials of both of scholarship divisions and units in the colleges and research centers participated to develop and activate international partnership programs with universities and reputable international educational institutions.
On Tuesday, October 31, 2023, the Department of Scholarships and Cultural Relations held a workshop in the meeting hall of the Presidency building at the university of Mosul on developing international relations of colleges and research centers at the university. The workshop was attended by Pro. Dr. Muneer Salem Taha Al-Badrani, the Vice president of the University for Scientific & Academic Affairs, The director of the Scholarships and Cultural Relations Department Asst. Pro. Rawaa Putros Qasha, and the Director of the Security Permits Department, as well as the assistants of deans of colleges for scientific affairs and the officials of the cultural relations divisions and units in all colleges and research centers.
During the workshop, several proposals were presented and discussed, in addition to exploiting opportunities in the available fields to develop international cooperation of colleges and centers with reputable educational institutions and international universities.
The workshop discussed the possibility of expanding the activity of cultural relations of professors and students through their participation in international programs and projects, as well as activating memorandums of understanding that were already signed with international universities in order to promote the international ranking

and reputation of our prestigious university, University of Mosul.
