The dental implant and laser unit at the department of oral and maxillofacial surgery
Under the supervision of our qualified dental implant surgeons, the dental implant and laser unit at the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial surgery / College of Dentistry commenced its first dental implant surgery on one of the attending patients to our dental clinics dated 21 September/2023. It is worthy to mention that the college of dentistry has planned to involve such surgeries within the clinical curricula for dental students in an attempt to evolve their scientific knowledge in this field. In addition, the unit has set forth towards future approaches to develop its work for the purpose of giving the best service to our community
