College of Dentistry

Under the auspices of the Deanery of the College of Dentistry / University of Mosul, a group of the college’s staff members organized a visit to the Elderly Care Home on Monday, April 28, 2025.

This visit was part of the college’s community service activities, aiming to foster communication and strengthen ties with the elderly, as well as to alleviate their suffering.

The attendees listened to an overview presented by the director of the care home regarding the services provided to the elderly residents.

The visitors expressed their gratitude to the staff of the care home for their warm reception and dedicated care.

The primary objective of the visit was to deliver donations consisting of essential supplies for the home. Additionally, free dental check-ups, as well as blood sugar and blood pressure screenings, were provided for all residents.

This initiative reflects the college’s commitment to serving the community and highlights its humanitarian focus by ensuring care and attention for the elderly.
