Ongoing Work on the HR Data Entry System for the Staff of the College of Dentistry

 

In reference to the directives of the Presidency of the University of Mosul, represented by the esteemed President, Prof. Dr. Waheed Mahmood Al-Ibrahimi, and under the direct supervision of the respected Dean of the College of Dentistry, Asst. Prof. Dr. Neam Riyadh Saleem, and the Administrative Affairs Assistant Dean, Lecturer Dr. Karam Tawfiq Mohammed, the process of entering staff data at the College of Dentistry is ongoing in accordance with the ministerial Human Resources Management System (HRMS).

The College of Dentistry at the University of Mosul is making a qualitative leap in the management of its academic and administrative staff by implementing the HR system. This initiative contributes to updating employee data, facilitating accurate and transparent human resources management, and upgrading the college’s digital infrastructure, thereby enhancing both academic and administrative performance quality.

Through the adoption of electronic automation systems, the College is also advancing key Sustainable Development Goals, namely:
Goal 8 – Decent Work and Economic Growth,
Goal 10 – Reduced Inequalities, and
Goal 12 – Responsible Consumption and Production.
