On September 2, 2025, the Dean of the College of Dentistry at the University of Mosul, Assistant Professor Dr. Neam Riyadh Saleem, held a series of consecutive meetings with the presence of the Administrative and Scientific Assistant. These meetings took place within the councils of all scientific departments, as part of an initiative aimed at listening directly to the observations of faculty members, addressing administrative and scientific challenges, and developing effective solutions.

This initiative represents an innovative approach to academic leadership, reflecting the College’s commitment to enhancing direct communication channels with its teaching staff. All remarks and suggestions raised during these meetings will be formally documented and submitted to the College Council for discussion and appropriate decision-making.

During the meetings, the Dean emphasized the importance of this direct engagement in strengthening the academic environment and facilitating the smooth progress of the educational process. She stressed that listening to the perspectives of all faculty members contributes significantly to achieving the College’s educational and scientific objectives while elevating both scientific and administrative performance.
