College of Dentistry

The College of Dentistry at the University of Mosul received, on Monday, December 1, 2025, a high-level delegation from the University Presidency – Directorate of Studies and Planning / Sustainable Development Unit, on an inspection visit aimed at reviewing the achievements and initiatives implemented by the College within the framework of the Sustainable Development Plan at both the academic and service levels.

The visiting delegation included a number of specialists and supervisors of the University’s Sustainable Development Program. The team examined the workflow and institutional performance in the areas of Quality Education, Equality, Responsible Consumption, Sustainable Environment, and Good Health and Well-Being, in alignment with the Sustainable Development Goals and the University’s strategic vision.

During the meeting, the delegation commended the distinguished efforts made by the College’s Deanery, the Directorate of Studies and Planning, the Media and Government Communications Division, and all staff members in translating the Sustainable Development vision into practical programs and implementable projects on the ground.

The delegation also provided a set of constructive observations and recommendations aimed at enhancing performance and further aligning the College’s work with national and international standards, in a manner that contributes to improving the quality of educational and service outcomes and strengthens the University’s position as a scientific beacon contributing to comprehensive development.

For its part, the College’s Deanery expressed its gratitude and appreciation to the University Presidency for this supportive visit, affirming its continued commitment to teamwork in order to achieve higher levels of excellence and innovation in the field of sustainable development, and to better serve both the local community and the academic sector.
