The Department of Conservative Dentistry Participates in the “Mercy Planting Initiative” at the University of Mosul
The Department of Conservative Dentistry at the College of Dentistry participated in the “Mercy Planting Initiative”, launched by the Presidency of the University of Mosul. The department planted seedlings in the gardens adjacent to the educational clinics as part of a campaign organized on Thursday, 18/12/2025, aiming to expand green spaces and enhance the university environment.
The campaign was supervised by the Agricultural Division within the Diwan Affairs Department, under the direct supervision and coordination of the College Dean, Assistant Professor Dr. Neam Riyadh Saleem, and the Head of the Department of Conservative Dentistry, Assistant Professor Dr. Alaa Idrees Dawood, along with a number of faculty members and in coordination with the Volunteer Work Unit.
This initiative underscores the importance of collective effort and community participation in promoting a green university environment, reflecting the commitment of our students and faculty to keeping the University of Mosul and the city of Mosul green and clean.
