Congratulations to Assistant Professor Dr. Saba Khair Al-Din Ibrahim

The Deanship of the College of Dentistry – University of Mosul extends its highest congratulations and best wishes to Assistant Professor Dr. Saba Khair Al-Din Ibrahim, a faculty member of the College, on the occasion of her assignment to manage the Affairs of Citizens Division at the Presidency of the University of Mosul, until the completion of the official assignment procedures, in accordance with the approved administrative regulations and frameworks.
This assignment comes in recognition of Dr. Saba Khair Al-Din Ibrahim’s distinguished scientific competence, academic and administrative experience, as well as her high level of professional commitment and outstanding performance, which contribute to ensuring the continuity of institutional work and the proper organization of citizens’ affairs in line with the approved regulations.
The Deanship wishes her continued success and prosperity in her new duties, and further contributions in service of the University of Mosul and its academic and administrative mission.
The assumption of duties by Assistant Professor Dr. Saba Khair Al-Din Ibrahim as Head of the Affairs of Citizens Division at the Presidency of the University of Mosul goes beyond being a routine administrative procedure. Rather, it directly aligns with several Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), as follows:

By organizing citizens’ requests and complaints within approved regulatory frameworks, Dr. Saba contributes to reducing bureaucracy and ensuring equitable access to administrative rights for all.
3. Goal 10: Reduced Inequalities
Equal Opportunities:
The work of the Affairs of Citizens Division ensures that all individuals, regardless of their backgrounds, have an official channel to communicate with the University, thereby enhancing social and administrative inclusion within the university environment.
4. Goal 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth
Administrative Efficiency:
The reference to “high professional commitment and outstanding performance” reflects positively on improving the productivity of public institutions. Enhancing the administrative environment within the University positively impacts the overall work and educational climate.
