Assistant Professor Dr. Younis Mohammed Saeed, a faculty member in the Department of Pediatric Dentistry, Orthodontics, and Preventive Dentistry at the College of Dentistry / University of Mosul, participated in the scientific seminar organized by Al-Noor University entitled “Cleft Lip and Cleft Palate: From Diagnosis to Rehabilitation”, which concluded on Monday, 16 February 2026.
During the second session of the seminar, Dr. Younis Mohammed Saeed delivered a scientific lecture in which he reviewed the latest diagnostic and therapeutic approaches for cases of cleft lip and cleft palate. He highlighted the importance of an integrated approach that combines surgical, rehabilitative, and psychological aspects to ensure optimal treatment outcomes, thereby enhancing clinical skills and advancing the scientific level of the participants.
