In embodiment of the University’s approach to consolidating the values of integrity and transparency, the Deanship of the College of Dentistry at the University of Mosul organized today, Tuesday, 28/4/2026, a specialized awareness workshop entitled “The Risks of Administrative and Financial Corruption and Mechanisms for Combating It” in Lecture Hall No. (2).

This workshop, delivered by Assistant Lecturer Alyaa Abduljabbar Younis, was held in implementation of the circular issued by the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers and the directives of the Presidency of the University of Mosul / Legal Affairs Department. It aimed to highlight the necessity of protecting the educational institution from negative practices and legally and administratively safeguarding institutional performance.

The workshop witnessed active participation from the College staff members, with the lectures focusing on explaining the preventive and supervisory mechanisms that contribute to strengthening the work environment. It is worth noting that this workshop constitutes an annual mandatory and exclusive requirement for those who previously completed the two-day training course.

Such activities reflect the College’s commitment to building a conscious workforce generation that recognizes the magnitude of the responsibility entrusted to it, in pursuit of advancing the academic institution toward horizons of integrity and excellence befitting the prestigious University of Mosul.
