The College of Dentistry at the University of Mosul conducted the Competitive Examination for applicants seeking admission to the postgraduate (Master’s) programmes for the 2026–2027 Academic Year on the morning of Tuesday, 30 June 2026. The examination was held simultaneously with other colleges and universities across Iraq, in accordance with the academic calendar approved by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.

The examination constitutes one of the admission requirements for the master’s programmes offered by the College for the upcoming academic year. It was attended by a number of ambitious applicants aspiring to pursue their postgraduate studies and advance their academic careers.

The examination was administered in accordance with the highest academic standards and established organizational procedures, ensuring the principles of integrity, fairness, and transparency throughout the assessment process.

Assistant Professor Dr. Neam Riyadh Saleem, Dean of the College of Dentistry, closely supervised the examination proceedings, emphasizing the importance of providing all necessary requirements and a suitable examination environment to ensure the smooth and orderly conduct of the examination.

At the conclusion of her inspection tour, the Dean extended her best wishes for success to all applicants, expressing her hope that their efforts would be rewarded with admission to the master’s programmes. She also affirmed her confidence that the successful candidates would make valuable contributions to the College’s academic and research mission and, in the future, play an active role in advancing scientific research and enhancing the quality of oral healthcare services.

She further commended the dedication of the academic staff and the organizing committees for their collaborative efforts and team spirit in ensuring the successful and efficient administration of the examination.
