The College of Dentistry at the University of Mosul held an awareness workshop on combating administrative and financial corruption today, Monday, 28 September 2026, with the participation of a number of the College’s staff members.

The workshop was delivered by Assistant Lecturer Alyaa Abduljabbar Younis, Head of the Legal Division at the College. It addressed several topics related to the risks of corruption, mechanisms for its prevention and combating, the importance of complying with applicable laws and instructions, and the promotion of professional responsibility.

The workshop was held in accordance with official directives aimed at raising awareness of the risks of corruption and promoting a culture of integrity and transparency, thereby contributing to supporting sound administrative practices within the university work environment.

This workshop forms part of awareness-raising and educational programmes aimed at promoting the values of integrity and reducing manifestations of corruption in higher education institutions.
