College of Dentistry discussed M.Sc. thesis entitled ‘‘The Effect of Cariogenic Environment on Bond Strength and Microleakage of Fluoride and Chlorhexidine Containing Bonding Agents”, on Sunday, June 29, 2025. forwarded by  Hasan Thamer Mohammed. The study investigated the effect of lactic acid as a caries-inducing environment on shear bond strength using a universal testing machine, and microleakage using silver nitrate dye and a stereomicroscope for universal adhesives releasing fluoride and chlorhexidine.

The examination committee was chaired by Assist Prof. Dr. Alaa Edrees Dawood/ College of Dentistry/ University of Mosul, with membership of Assist. Prof. Dr. Njwan Fathel Shehab / College of Dentistry/ University of Mosul, Assist.
