College of Dentistry discussed M.Sc. thesis entitled ‘‘Efficacy of advanced platelet rich fibrin plus alone or combined with beta TCP on healing of mandibular bone defects in sheep”, on Wednesday, August 20, 2025. Forwarded by Rami Ramzi Enad. The study investigated the effectiveness of advanced platelet-rich fibrin (A-PRF+), either alone or combined with synthetic bone (Beta-Tricalcium Phosphate, B-TCP), in enhancing bone healing in sheep. The study employed histological and immunohistochemical analyses to provide both structural and molecular insights into the healing sequence.
