A Delegation from the College of Dentistry Spreads Smiles on the Faces of Children at the University of Mosul Kindergarten

In the presence of Asst. Prof. Dr. Neam Riyadh Salim, Dean of the College of Dentistry, a delegation composed of faculty members, staff, and students from the College of Dentistry at the University of Mosul organized a visit to the University Kindergarten. This humanitarian initiative reflects the college’s deep sense of social responsibility and its commitment to supporting children’s health and promoting oral health awareness among them.
During the visit, toothbrushes and toothpaste were distributed to the children, along with preventive and educational dental checkups supervised by specialized faculty members and dental students. The activities took place in an atmosphere filled with joy and interaction, where children learned, in a fun and engaging way, how to properly care for their teeth and maintain their beautiful smiles.
The delegation also extended words of appreciation to the kindergarten administration for their outstanding efforts in nurturing children and providing a safe educational and healthy environment that contributes to their proper growth and the development of childhood values.
This initiative comes within the framework of the College of Dentistry’s vision at the University of Mosul to serve the community and build a health-conscious generation, grounded in the belief that caring for childhood is the first step toward a better future.
