Field Visit
As part of the activities of the Department of Pedodontics, Orthodontics, and Preventive Dentistry, and in cooperation with the Scientific Affairs Unit and the Voluntary Work Unit, the department’s staff, accompanied by a group of students from the college, organized a field visit to Saad Bin Abi Waqas School on Wednesday, 19 November 2025.
The visit included simplified awareness lectures on general hygiene, oral and dental health, and proper nutrition, in addition to preventive guidelines aimed at reducing common diseases among students. The medical team also conducted preliminary dental examinations for the pupils and provided the necessary recommendations for cases requiring follow-up.
The students demonstrated active participation and a positive spirit in interacting with the pupils, reflecting the college’s commitment to preparing students capable of serving the community with confidence and professionalism.
The visit was well received by the school administration, which emphasized the importance of such activities in promoting health awareness among students.
