The department of Pedodontics, Orthodontics and Preventive Dentistry holds its special symposium on 3D scanning of dental casts.
Under the auspices of the Dean of the College of Dentistry Dr. Rayan Salem Hamed and supervision of the head of department of Pedodontics, Orthodontics and Preventive Dentistry, Dr. Ali Rajeh Al-Khatib, the department held a continuous education course on 12-13-14 January 2021 and under the title: 3D laser scanner of dental models ; creation and manipulation (Manufacturing and dealing with dental models with a 3D laser scanner).
The course dealt with laser scanning on dental cast models and their analysis, as well as how to deal with software applications and digital tools in this field.
