A lecturer Dr. Sahar Adnan Sheet published a joint scientific research in the Pakistan Journal of Agricultural Research.

The research was titled “
Lactic acid production from whey using two mixed cultures of Lactobacillus bulgaricus and Streptococcus thermophilus and a single culture of Lactobacillus plantarum.”

This scientific achievement reflects the University of Mosul’s continuous efforts to advance scientific research and publish its outputs in reputable international journals.
