In line with ongoing efforts to support scientific research and enhance academic publishing, Dr. Sahar Adnan Sheet, a lecturer at the Environmental Research Center / University of Mosul, has published a joint research paper in ARCC Journals, a journal indexed in Scopus (Q3).

“Application of Active Biodegradable Packaging Technologies using Curcumin-enriched Chitosan Films to Prolong the Shelf Life of Soft Cheese”

This study aims to apply environmentally friendly active biodegradable packaging technologies using curcumin-enriched chitosan films. These materials play a significant role in extending the shelf life of soft cheese, maintaining its quality and safety, reducing food waste, and improving resource efficiency.
